Honda owners, do not go there to sell your car under any circumstances. I went there to sell my car after they sent me an offer and asked me to come there in person. After some random dude test drove the car, he said it has a transmission problem. P.s. I had taken the car to the honda dealership to make sure it is in a great mechanical condition and I can assure you that mechanically it was the best serviced car. Right after the visit, I took the car again to a honda mechanic and they said there is 0 issue with the transmission. So now, there are 2 scenarios: 1- the test drive guy knows nothing about cars and is overconfident 2- they just wanted to lowball. So all in all, take your business elsewhere.Posted on Google

Chenae Hollas21 days agoBUYER BEWARE. 100% do not recommend. We have spent the last few months trying to figure out what to do with a car we bought from Carvin ATX. Bought it for my daughter in April of this year so she could take herself to work and school. After driving the car a couple months, check engine light comes on. Turns out its a $13k engine repair. I do believe Carvin knew about this issue before selling the car but they offer no assistance at all. Now we are faced with having to hire an attorney to get something done. I dont wish this on anyone, it has been a complete nightmare. Go with your gut and buy from a place that stands behind the cars they sell. Its just not worth the risk to buy from Carvin ATX.Posted on Car Gurus

Experience with the staff was positive and they were very communicative, albeit it was all done via texting. I did not actually get to look at the truck before it’s sold after a few days due to the fact, they were some distance from my home, but they answered several questions over text and we’re very attentive and answering! Ray104 days agoMy round trip was almost 60 miles. The low mileage Lincoln was a piece of junk. Door panels off leather seats torn and cracked driver door had to be slamed really hsrd to close. I choose not to drive for fear it would fall apart or get me stranded. I would not have given even a $1k for it let alone $7,250.Posted on Car Gurus
